- Proprietary Kitting Estimator – This tool ensures a precise list of fasteners and component parts, which expedites cost estimating and commencing timelines.
- Kitting Management System – This tool provides overall kitting program management; from ordering and tracking incoming parts, to on-time kitting shipments to customers.
- End-to-End Quality Control – This process is designed to meet the higher level of exacting standards sought by our kitting customers. Quality Control is conducted throughout the whole process: from the beginning, to ensure incoming parts accuracy; to the end, to certify the final kit.

He has over 30 years of experience in the supply chain industry, including eight years at Stanford University and 22 years at Abbott Laboratories, where he managed in-house and third-party warehouses throughout the US for manufacturing.
